For over two decades, I have studied what it truly takes and what it ultimately means to support a woman's body through the most significant seasons of her life.

That work has never belonged to a single discipline. It has required integrating many into one clear, responsive way of working with the body.

My work draws from East Asian medicine, energy healing, nervous system regulation, eating psychology, identity-level and archetypal psychology, and women's transformational coaching, alongside integrative healing traditions across multiple lineages.

In practice, these are not separate tools. They form a unified way of working, one that allows me to meet each woman at the level her body, her nervous system, and her deeper self are actually asking for.

That integration is what makes this work different. It is also why the work often goes further than expected.

In addition to private practice, I am a credentialed acupuncturist at the Bing Cancer Center at OhioHealth Riverside Hospital, where I developed and facilitate the Mind Body Wellness Program. My clinical work there focuses on women navigating active treatment and survivorship, with particular depth in gynecologic and breast cancers.

The women who thrive here are ready for more than symptom relief. They are ready to understand what their body has been communicating, to be met there, and to meet themselves.
