Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a time-tested system of medicine that treats a wide range of conditions - from pain, stress and insomnia to hormonal shifts, fertility, menopause, and digestive imbalances. Many people seek acupuncutre when they're ready for a more holistic, personalized approach to care. Treatments are deeply relaxing and restorative, and over time, support the body in returning to balance - physically, emotionally and energetically.
Updated pricing begins July 1.
What to Expect
What should I do before my appointment?
You don’t need to do much to prepare. Just make sure you’ve had something to eat beforehand — a light meal or snack is perfect. Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing, and try to avoid heavy lotions or oils the day of your visit.
What happens during a treatment?
Your first visit begins with a comprehensive intake where we go through your health history, current concerns, and what you’re hoping for from treatment.
From there, we move into treatment. Fine, thin needles are gently placed in specific locations chosen based on your symptoms and the underlying patterns we’re working with. Each treatment is personalized to you.
Once the needles are in place, you’ll rest for about 25–30 minutes in a quiet, dimly lit room with soft music. Many people find this time deeply relaxing and may fall asleep.
Does acupuncture hurt?
The needles are very fine — about the width of a cat’s whisker — and are gently placed. Most people feel very little.
How will I feel after a treatment?
Most people leave feeling more relaxed. Some notice changes right away, while for others it’s more gradual. Over time, you’ll begin to notice a shift in how you feel — something we continue to build with treatment.
